I'm Ridge, and this is my story

I am a 3x World Jump Rope Champion and have been in the sport for over 15 years. I also have a gymnastics background and love doing any kind of handstand balancing or tumbling! My passion for jump rope started at 8 years old when I tried out for a school team and it soon became something I was obsessed with. Competitions took me across world stages where I competed and taught in places like Norway, Portugal, Bermuda, and China.


Jump rope has always been a part of my life and my favorite community to be involved in. No matter your age or skill, you can pick up a jump rope and join too! I’ve had the opportunity to teach thousands of people, and now I can bring my knowledge and experience to you right on this app.
